Barnaby joins us from French café/restaurant operator Villandry, where he was head chef at its Great Portland Street site in London. His experience also includes chef lecturer/trainer at Milton Keynes College; Virgin Atlantic’s First Class lounge at Heathrow and an AA rosette pub. Barnaby is passionate about working with local, British, seasonal produce and proud to be working at a pub that embraces this. He is most looking forward to bringing on more apprentices and building his team up, Barnaby takes huge pride and job satisfaction when he can see his chefs talents growing. When he isn’t in the kitchen, he is spending the majority of his spare time with his young family.
Hannah has worked in hospitality for the past 17 years in fact she has never done anything else. Starting out in her native South Africa before coming to the UK to work and complete her Hospitality degree. Her dedication to giving her guests the best experience she can has seen her running the show at The Mole & Chicken and The Muddy Duck. There is nothing she enjoys more than her guests having a good time then returning for more!
